CC CAN is sponsored by all twenty jurisdictions in Contra Costa County, California, through the regional transportation planning committees. The CC CAN Program promotes commute alternative projects which encourage carpooling, vanpooling, telecommuting, biking, transit, and walking; and demonstrate quantifiable results.
